Banned ppl list has been takened off because I don't have time to maintain it. I just ban those who violated the rules on purpose immediately.

Why do the money penalty thing apply to everyone who posted in a topic? It should be just the topic creator that's penalized, not the ones who posted good post on the topics.

Well a thread w/ more than 8 pics loads pretty slow for some people. Then, imagine such thread always gets new replies. Some people who have already seen this thread will probably go back to this thread to see the _replies_. Don't you see a problem there?

Besides, what needs more than 8 pics? Your own photo album? So you can share the thread with all of your relates? I don't think so

Well, the problem is, I don't see the point of having more than 8 pics for a particular topic.

You can link images from other sites but then they die (become red X) pretty soon. That is one disadvantage of linking pictures. The other problem is speed. I cannot ensure the places you link from are always up to speed. You will eventually bring down the overall performance of my site by linking pics (like some people ALWAYS like to do and NEVER learn).

I'm really sorry if this is a dumb question to ask, but I would like to be clear on a couple of things before I start posting in this forum and possibly screw things up.

So the max post of pictures in "1" thread is 8 only. What if we want to post more pictures of a particular girl to share with others? How far does this forum keep old web pages, because I prefer not to post repeat threads of pics and such. How fast does the money counter come into effect and do only certain replies in certain topics give $$$?

is there an appeal process for a deleted msg? I mean I just got a msg deleted.. it was relavent and I do not see how it violates the posting guidelines. no explaination was given. all I got was some generic msg. I suggest we should have an appeal process.

outie, do you ever reply to this section? I got a warning and I still dont' understand why exactly was my post in breach of the posting guideline. This simply discourages me to post my comments in risk of getting another level.

ok i just got another warning level... there really needs to be an appeal scheme for this. There were many other comments similar to mine in the Nasty killing the kitten's thread. the fact that I simply get a message saying that i did not follow the guidelines without specifically pointing to which one does not show what I did wrong.

Let's put this into perspective...
You are driving along. You get pulled over and you are given a fine for violating traffic law(s). That is all you are told.

What traffic law(s) did you violate specifically? You can't find out as the message does not let you reply. You review the traffic laws and compare what you have done in your memory, and try to stretch to violations to encompass yourself, but you are never certain. Was it speeding (meaningless replies)? I believe I wasn't (I believe there was a meaning to it). Other cars were going at that speed and I was following traffic (there were other posts in the thread along the same lines that didn't get deleted). If you feel you've been wrongfully fined, you get to challenge the violation... We need something like that here.

Perhaps even open an Appeal Court Section where ppl's posts believe they have been wrongfully deleted may post about it with a vote (jury system). Give it a week's time, and if the majority is to allow that person to regain his points, the warning level should be lowered. It'll add another element of interactiveness on Outie.net and allow those who have been wrongfully acquitted a chance to show they are innocent.

it's just quite frustrating for having my msgs deleted for no comprehendible reason.

The maximum is 8 pictures per new thread (2 posts of 4 pics each). You cannot make a new thread saying "pictures part 2" for another 8 pictures. You cannot have more than 8, no exception. This is for fairness.

We do not have and will not have an appeal system. If your post(s) were removed you need to change your style of posting. Given the amount of disqualified posts on this site we do not have the resources to address EVERY deleted post with a reason attached. When you see posts that you think disqualified, you REPORT them just like people who reported your posts. You are not helping much by saying similar posts did not get deleted but yours did. We do not scan for every thread. We simply come across them and remove as needed.

@tekstyle: "U2U" is equivalent to PM, money is just a posting-reward program. It's just equivalent to "points" that you can use to redeem market items.
