AYCE japanese restaurants near union?



Any of you guys know where some good all you can eat japanese restaurants in downtown union area are? I know dt isn't the best place to look for ayce, but me and my colleagues have a craving for it for lunch. So suggestions?

"all you can eat" and "quality" are usually mutually exclusive. that said, if you want to burn some money, hit up Ki restaurant. (its not all you can eat tho ...) :(

ummm i believe there is an AYCE jap place on Yonge Street between dundas and gerrard St. if not then between gerrard and carlton. its around that area, just keep walking on north on yonge pass dundas on the left side pass the strip club, footlocker, and made in china. dunno the name though hope that helps

mariko is fucking terrible.

sushi island on college west of bathhurst. its a bit farther but the food is pretty good.

its cheap for a reason

and many ppl complain about the $20+ ones

Not sure if Queens and spidina is too far for you but to the west of spidina on queen street... like half a block down. There is a jap resturant called Aji Sai.

By far it is the best AYCE place in downtown, probably better then a lot of the uptown ones as well.

There lunch menu is smaller, but their dinner menu is really good.
