I believe that this is Iced coffee which means its just plain coffee with ice
while Ice cap is
a coffee mixed with a syrup (cappucino?) and cream and ice etc etc

the free coffee tasted like crap...so watery...yuck... h/w on the same day Mcdonalds also released free iced coffee which supposedly tasted much
better according to what i heard on the streets =)
