daily routine~
I'm too weak for my job
I'm asian as well so that's always been an excuse for me
I've been exercising to just keep fit and not to build muscle or anything.
20-25 full squats with 20lbs
30 curls each arm with 10lbs
25 inclined push ups
5-7 minutes of shadow
Sadly I severely lack cardio as well, looking around for kickboxing gym again or swimming
I'm under 25
I'm 5'11
I'm 160 lbs
I also have extremely muscular thighs lol

You need to build muscle if you are too weak for your job. No way around that.
your workout is... well... underwhelming. For any results you should be doing 4 sets of that entire routine.
Try doing a circuit, where you do all of those exercises nonstop:
squats, curls, pushups, shadow, then repeat.
You are very underweight. At 5'11 you should be be around 14-18% body fat and around 180-190lbs.
Also, everyone has muscular thighs... it has the biggest muscles in your entire body.

^ lmao way to motivate someone
less reps (6-8 per set should be good) more weights man. if ur doing that as a routine, ur going nowhere

go hit up the gym and get a workout app for your iphone or blackberry. it'll tell you what you need to do. circuits are good but it seems like you
want to build mass...so you should be doing higher weights and everything. it also helps if you have a good diet...time to stop snacking on those
chips and weiner schnitzels. Gotta eat higher protein stuff. It takes time, but you'll see results in a few months.
Failing that, it's time to consider Dr. Bernstein...

Like someone said above, do higher weights with less reps. This will build your strength a lot faster. Sure, you'll build endurance lasting muscles
when you workout with more reps but, you're at a point where you need to increase your load to lift (or whatever you do) to meet the demands of your
job.
Good luck, the key is perseverance.

5'11, 160 lbs is well within a normal BMI
a lot of elite athletes have the same values. of course they'd have lower bodyfat% though

well for starters, you say you do 25 inclined push ups.
try doing 2 (or 3) sets of that per day.
as for your curls with 10lbs. i''m PREEETTTTTYYY sure you can move up to 15lbs.. just do less reps. or at least do it til your muscles start to feel
it. then do a few more ftw.
(i'm pretty sure you could even do a few reps with 20lbs..but ah wells..start with 15 i guess.)
real eyes realize real lies.

so i'm going to switch to
3 sets of the reps
so 15 + 15 + 15
i dunno though
anyone got something to build back muscles?
the guy who said 180-190lb is not lying
if u work out for real thats what you SHOULD weigh
he means if u had the muscle
I kinda just wanna be lean not big
I duno why
pushups always been hard for me
I could do 15-20 max when I was still doing kick boxing
is this chest or arm problem?
just wondering if shadowing with wrist weights help

regimes should be specific to your goal
so not every one is going to "work" in the way you want
p90x is a good GPP program.... but give that to your gf and start crossfitting
or just for functional strength.. start lifting heavy complexes
its rare that a man would desire not to have any muscles or strength

As he said, CROSSFIT is the newest "shit" in town. Works cardio, power and endurance at the same time.

O_o, if it'll make anyone here feel better, I'm 5'9ish and only 143 pounds.
No fat cept a bit on my stomach like everyone else. I look skinny, but with a small(er) shirt you'd see Im muscled. Hard to explain; small frame,
but muscled (?).
My friends say I have bad bones, I kinda agree, if you made a circle with your index and thumb, that's how skinny my wrists are.
Also, for your purposes, I wouldnt focus on losing weight, it wouldnt help you lift more.
Last year thanks to rez food, I was fattened to 150, and then at some point I felt fat and lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks over summer; now I feel weak when
Im back at uni and have a considerably harder time opening the same doors than I did last year \(O.o)/.
So yea, if you want an easier time lifting stuff, get more mass.
if you save my pics, +rep me =D
