u might as well get a i2500k instead just cost 20 more for a much better processor

You can get the 2500k for 190 or even less.

newegg has OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W modular power supply + sony optiarc dvd burner combo + $15 gift card for $50 after $25 mail in rebate.

I think microcenter offer 1st or 2nd gen sandy bridge cpus and you get 50% off the motherboard. If there is one near you.

Not worth buying any spinning hard drive right now IMO. Hard drive inflations is still going and hasn't returned to normal yet. You're better off buying a cheap SSD. You'll feel better about it a few months from now when HD prices return to normal and realized you could've bought a 2 TB drive for $50 instead.

Ditto. I don't follow Diablo, but knowing Blizzard's record, you're better off waiting for the actual release.

By then, your budget would be bigger and components would be cheaper -- holiday sales/newer products driving down costs of older components.
